Betashares Digital Health and Telemedicine ETF (EDOC) now available on the ASX

The Betashares Digital Health and Telemedicine ETF (EDOC) now available on the ASX.

EDOC will offer investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of  up to 50 leading companies in the growing digital health and telemedicine industry, such as Boston Scientific, Abbott and Resmed.

The use of innovative digital solutions has increased significantly in recent years as patients seek out more convenient and efficient ways of accessing healthcare. This growth trend has accelerated further over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic as public health orders often required patients to consult healthcare professionals remotely where possible.

To qualify for inclusion, companies must be engaged in sectors such as digital healthcare, connected medical devices, remote patient monitoring, telehealth or wearable products.

EDOC will be the 12^th addition to Betashares’ range of thematic ETFs. Betashares is the leader in the thematic ETF category, and currently holds more than half of the funds under management in this growing industry segment.¹
