Thong Nguyen

Head of Equities

Thong is responsible for the product development and portfolio management function at Betashares. Joining in 2010, he has been pivotal in designing and implementing the investment process across their Exchange Traded Funds. He is also a member of the Betashares Investment Committee. Before joining Betashares, Thong was an Equity Analyst at Three Pillars Portfolio Managers (TPPM) where his responsibilities included securities analysis, systems development, and risk management. Prior to TPPM, he worked in the Futures Directions multi-manager team at AMP Capital Investors. Thong is a CFA charter holder and has a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Studies with Honours and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the Australian National University.
