Diversified Credit Income ETF
Overview
Fund objective
DCRD aims to provide regular income and relative capital stability through a diversified portfolio of Australian corporate bonds, comprising a combination of floating rate securities and fixed rate securities that are hedged for interest rate risk. The Fund may suit investors with a medium tolerance for risk.
Fund strategy
The Fund is invested in a blend of Australian corporate bonds including senior floating rate bank bonds, subordinated bank bonds and interest rate hedged corporate bonds. This offers investors exposure to a diversified credit portfolio with the potential to deliver regular income, in one ASX trade.
The Fund is constructed using a blend of cost-effective Betashares ETFs traded on the ASX.
Benefits
A low-cost defensive portfolio component

This diversification aims to reduce reliance on any one source of income while supporting relative capital stability.

The reference benchmark is used solely as a performance reference. The Fund does not seek to track the benchmark. The benchmark reflects the weighted returns of the indices tracked by the underlying ETFs, based on the Fund's strategic asset allocation. The total return index history of the benchmark since the Fund's inception is available on request.
Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. Returns are calculated in Australian dollars using net asset value per unit at the start and end of the specified period and do not reflect brokerage or the bid ask spread that investors incur when buying and selling units on the ASX. Returns are after fund management costs, assume reinvestment of any distributions and do not take into account tax paid as an investor in the Fund. Returns for periods longer than one year are annualised. Current performance may be higher or lower than the performance shown.
